I’m Kevin McMillan, and I’m honored to announce my candidacy for Saratoga Springs City Council. This city is more than where I live, it’s where I’ve built a life, raised a family, and dedicated years to service and leadership. I am proud to have called Saratoga Springs my home for over the past 20 years.
With years of experience in both corporate and community roles, I bring a strong background in strategic planning, financial oversight, and collaborative leadership. These roles deepened my commitment to thoughtful decision-making and transparent governance.
I believe every voice matters. I’m running because I want to ensure our city continues to grow responsibly while preserving the sense of community that makes Saratoga Springs so special.
